Pheasant begins with the letter "F".

Have you ever played Scattergories? Two to six players, each gets a tablet and some category cards, someone roles the 20-sided die with various letters of the alphabet, and you have two minutes to come up with answers for the cards' categories which start with the first letter that was roled. Example: a category might be "Famous Females", the letter "m", and you write Marilyn Monroe. There are 12 "categories" per round. You would use the letter roled for all of your answers for that two-minute round. Everyone is playing the round at the same time, scribbling feverishly to come up with answers to all twelve categories before the timer dings. After the ding, you go around in a circle giving your answers, one at a time, for each of the twelve "categories".

Are ya with me?

OK. So my friends Josh and Kassandra just bought the game this weekend, and of course that's all they want to do this weekend, is play Scattergories. Now I must relate the equation that makes the rest of the story a bit funnier:

Scattergories + alcohol = fucking hilarious answers

But in Josh's case:

Scattergories + alcohol = "Dumbshit of the Year" Award

You'll have to tell me which of the two following scenarios is funnier, 'cause I just couldn't choose a winner:

1) The letter is "P", the category is "Birds", and Josh writes (and says out loud), "Pecan!"

2) The letter is "F" and by the fourth answer, Josh has forgotten the letter (that he used correctly for answers one through three), and decides the letter is "P". (To his credit, his "P" answers were "p"erfect.)
