So I've spent the last two days sitting in a cubicle, working on a grueling cut-and-paste project which requires the use of a paper cutter that now consumes the whole of my desktop space. I'm completely devoid of any actual brain activity. That's the background for this statement:
I just totally had to stifle my urge to scream in bloody horror, "OH MY GOD! MY FINGER, MY FINGER - WHERE'S MY FINGER???"
Monotony can do cruel things to a psyche. It's really all the result of my neighboring-cubicle-girl's statement about two hours ago: "Oh! Be careful!" with that look of, "Do you even know what you're doing or what kind of fire you're playing with there, kiddo?!" I really just want to send her into a state of half-panic, half i-just-knew-she-was-going-to-cut-herself-with-that-thing-ness.
I need a break.
